This stuff WORKS! Everybody is different, but I find this lotion genuinely helps my pain. I experience lower and middle back pain, alongside shoulder pain. When I use this, the pain diminishes, and it has a pleasant tingling sensation. As other reviewers noted, it works quickly too. The price is reasonable, so I ordered two!

Follow-up edit to my past review: BEWARE of the Poorly Sealing 'Flip-Top' on this Large 8 Ounce Tube! NOW FOODS take NOTICE!!! This stuff really works! I have been using it for a couple of years now—on my knees, back and shoulders. It penetrates, due to the MSM, and carries the pain-healing effects of the Arnica and Glucosamine deep into the joints, significantly reducing inflammation. I highly recommend it. However, the cap is inadequate and allows product leakage, which has caused a mess in my den. I advised Amazon Customer Service of this issue and received a partial refund.

This cream is amazing. If you have joints that hurt or ache, it truly works wonders. I apply it to my aching knees at night, and the following day, my knees feel fine. I've also begun using it on my neck, which often aches from my job as a truck driver, and after applying it, I experience no pain the next day. I hope they never stop manufacturing this product.
